Commercial Agent: who is he?
A Commercial Agent is someone who intends to pursue a career in direct sales with the aim of concluding specific contracts within a designated area.

Commercial Agent: where does he work?
The Commercial Agent acts as an intermediary between manufacturing companies and distribution organizations. He visits commercial businesses, proposing the purchase of products on behalf of various companies or wholesalers, and also has the authority to enter into actual sales contracts himself.

How to become a Commercial Agent?
A Commercial Agent must possess a Qualification Certificate, which is issued after passing a final exam.
The course lasts 120 hours, and admission to the final exam is granted if at least 80% of the total course hours have been attended.

The training content covers the following topics:

- Commercial law
- Tax legislation
- Social security and welfare protection for Commercial Agents
- Legislative and contractual regulations of the activity
- Sales techniques and behavioral selling

Certification Issued
The Commercial Agent training course is recognized by the Lazio Region, and the Qualification Certificate issued after passing the final exam is valid throughout the national territory.

Access Requirements

  1. Legal age
  2. Middle school diploma
  3. Proficiency in the Italian language adequate for understanding the study subjects
  4. Regularity of stay in Italy
