The EX REC course or SAB course is the course for trade relating to the food product sector for the activities of supplying food and drinks to the public.
The course is recognized by the Lazio Region and is essential for anyone who wants to open any food trade and/or food and drink supply business.

Duration and contents of the course
The course lasts 120 hours and the training contents cover the following topics:
- Commercial law and business administration
- Trade legislation
- Tax legislation
- Social and criminal legislation
- Health and hygiene legislation
- Sales techniques
- Food merchandise
- Health, safety and consumer information
- HACCP food hygiene: obligations, responsibilities and sanctions

Attendance is mandatory with a maximum of 24 hours of absence. This means that you are admitted to the final exam if you attend at least 80% of the total course hours.

Certification Issued
At the end of the training course there is a final exam, after which the student will be issued with the Certificate of qualification for the administration/sale of food and drinks which has legal value throughout the national territory.
